Terms and Conditions for Catie Saralegui, CA Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent (License #4411778)

Scope of Services: HealthyBee’s Catie Saralegui provides advisory services for health and life insurance policies, including quotes, coverage options, support in selecting appropriate insurance plans. In addition, HealthyBee provides medical billing assistance, negotiations, preauthorization services, and patient advocacy services.

Information Accuracy: The information provided by clients must be accurate and up-to-date to ensure correct policy recommendations, medical billing accuracy, and effective patient advocacy. Catie Saralegui is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect client information.

Consultation Fees: Fees for consultation and other services, including medical billing support and patient advocacy, will be disclosed upfront. Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed upon during the service engagement.

Insurance Provider Relationships: Catie Saralegui acts as an agent for various insurance providers but is not responsible for the decisions or actions of the insurers. Clients are encouraged to review provider terms and conditions carefully.

Medical Billing and Patient Advocacy: HealthyBee provides support for navigating medical billing, including understanding charges, disputing incorrect bills, and communicating with healthcare providers and insurers. While every effort is made to resolve billing issues and advocate on the client’s behalf, no guarantees are provided regarding the outcomes of these efforts.

Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance: All personal, financial, and medical information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Client information will be used only for the purposes of providing the agreed-upon services.

Limitation of Liability: HealthyBee & Catie Saralegui’s liability is limited to the extent allowed by California law. No guarantees can be made about approval of insurance policies, billing resolutions, or specific outcomes related to patient advocacy.

Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
